- Push alerts land on lock screens, not in spam folders
- Who’s-going proof turns interest into tickets
- Followers get every event you publish, automatically

Six months free · every organiser
Your first six months are on us.
EventLinqs is national: the offer is open to every organiser in Australia. Every organiser gets six months with no platform fee, counted from the date they register on EventLinqs. No cap, no limit on places, no invitation needed. When the free months end, the standard fee applies.
- 6 months completely fee-free on every paid ticket, applied to your account through the same pricing engine that runs checkout
- Three more fee-free months for each organiser you refer who sells a ticket, on top of the six months.
- Every organiser is a Founding Organiser. The name and the badge are yours from the day you register.
I set up the first events myself, on a 20 minute call. Lawal Adams, founder.
Start free today: you can build, publish and sell straight away, wherever in Australia you are. Your six months begin the day you register and are applied to your account before your first on-sale.

- Live sales and revenue dashboard
- Guest list and door check-in scan app

The launch kit
Publish, and your launch kit is in your hands.
Build your event and map your room in minutes, no approval gate and no sales call. The moment you publish, your complete launch kit is delivered: your live event page, a print-ready QR poster, share cards and captions for every channel, and a reach panel that leads with tickets sold rather than views, so you can see which channel actually sold them.
- Build your event in 5 to 15 minutes, seat map included
- A4 QR poster, story, square and feed cards, generated for you
- Tracked share links for WhatsApp, Instagram, anywhere
- Tickets sold, attributed to the exact channel that sold them
- Two of those numbers are payments and two are estimates, and we tell you which is which
- Tag your lineup: each performer gets a profile, a place on your event page, and the exact tickets their sharing sold

Data ownership
Your audience is yours to keep.
Every attendee relationship belongs to you, not to us. Export your full attendee list, names and emails included, any time as CSV, Excel, or a printable door list. Access is organiser-only. We never sell your list, never market another organiser to your buyers, and never withhold your data. Other platforms wall your audience off. Here you own it and you take it with you.
- Full attendee list with names and emails
- Export as CSV, Excel, or a printable door list
- Email the attendees who opt in, consent recorded for you
- Organiser-only access, gated to you
- Portable forever, no withholding

Common questions
Organiser FAQ
What does it cost to sell tickets on EventLinqs?
There is no upfront cost to list events. Free events have zero platform fees, permanently. Paid tickets carry one EventLinqs fee per ticket, and card processing is already inside it, so there is no second fee of any kind. You choose whether that fee is added on top for the buyer or absorbed into your ticket price. The current rate is published in full on our pricing page.
When do I receive my payout?
Organiser payouts are sent within 5 business days of your event ending, to your linked bank account. Bank processing may add 1 to 3 business days on top. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect and require identity verification to be completed on your account before any payout can be sent.
Can I set my own refund policy?
Yes. You set your own refund policy for each event, and it is displayed to buyers before they complete their purchase. Whatever policy you set, you are bound by it. If you cancel an event, ticket holders are entitled to a refund in line with that policy, and you remain responsible for processing those refunds.
Can I offer early bird pricing and multiple ticket tiers?
Yes. You can create multiple ticket tiers per event, each with its own name, price, quantity limit, and sale window. Common configurations include early bird, general admission, and VIP tiers. Tiers can be scheduled to open and close automatically, and they close once sold out.
Can I create discount codes?
Yes. You can generate discount codes from your organiser dashboard. Codes can offer a percentage or fixed-amount discount and can be limited to a set number of uses. You can share codes selectively with specific audiences.
Can I sell tickets at the door on the night?
Yes. You can use the organiser dashboard on any mobile device to issue walk-in tickets manually on the night. These tickets are added to your total sold count and guest list in real time. Manual door sales are available on all organiser accounts.
Will I actually get paid?
Payments run on Stripe. The money moves through a Stripe account in your own name, connected to your own bank account, and EventLinqs never holds it anywhere you cannot see it. Your payout lands within five business days of your event ending, and the dashboard shows you the amount and the date before the event has even happened. If you want to walk through it before you commit, the founder will do that on a call.
Nobody knows you yet. Why would I list here?
That is exactly why the first organisers get the terms they get. And you are not asked to move your audience: you keep selling through your own channels, your own list and your own socials, and the ticket link simply costs you less. What you get on top is the discovery feed and the push alerts, which put your event in front of people who are already looking for something to go to that weekend.
I have no time to set up another platform.
Describe your event in a sentence and the draft builds itself: the title, the summary, the times, the tiers. You correct what is wrong and publish. And for the first organisers it is not even that: the founder sets your first event up with you on a 20 minute call, from whatever you already have, and hands you back a live page to approve.
My people buy tickets somewhere else.
You do not have to move them. List in both places, keep most of your allocation where it already is, and put a slice of tickets here as a live test. Then compare the fees, the buying experience and who actually turned up, and decide with real numbers rather than a pitch.
What if you shut down?
Then you still have your audience, because it was never ours to keep. Your attendee list is yours and you can export it as a spreadsheet at any time, from the event dashboard, without asking anyone. Your money is in your own Stripe account rather than in a balance we control. Nothing about listing here makes you dependent on us still being here next year, and that is deliberate.
